It is imperative that each of your prospective tenants complete an application in full and sign it, giving you permission to check data! |

Calls are accepted 24 hours. Leave above information on recorder.
Reports will be called back between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
(Normally, reports will be given to you within 2 hours.) - YOU MAY NOT RUN REPORT ON YOURSELF.

The decision to rent must be yours... Based upon all of the information contained
on the application form. After credit report is given, select the best applicant
based ONLY on the past rental history, stability and ability to pay. DO NOT DISCUSS THE REPORT WITH YOUR APPLICANT!
