Introducing the RHMP, a program for both Landlords and Tenants

The RHMP (Rental Housing Mediation Program) is part of the Community Development Department of the City of Santa Barbara. They provide free, bilingual, confidential information on rights and responsibilities, and provide free mediation to resolve landlord-tenant disputes out of court.
